Refund policy
For purchases of new items, EXCLUDING FINAL SALE ITEMS, we have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to contact us for a store credit or exchange. We do NOT provide refunds unless an item is defective. For gently worn merchandise, we have a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days after receiving the item to contact us for a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, if applicable.
If you refuse delivery for any reason, then you are responsible for the contents of that order and you will not be eligible for a full refund by TheLuxeLend.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@theluxelend.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Apparel Rentals
For an apparel rental exchange or merchant credit, you MUST contact us at sales@theluxelend.com no later than 24 hours after receiving the garment since you will only rent it for 10 days. If your item does not fit, we are happy to return the item and send you a new item at no cost to you. If the item is brand new and still has tags attached, do NOT remove the tags unless you are certain you want to keep the item for rental. If you remove the tags, you will be charged for the full rental price. Otherwise, if there is not an item that you want instead, you will receive a store credit. We do NOT provide refunds unless an item is defective
If you wish to cancel your order BEFORE the item is shipped, you will receive a full refund.
Orders CANNOT be canceled after they have shipped.
Bag Rentals
For bag rentals, we do NOT provide refunds after the item(s) has shipped. You have up to 2 hours after placing your order to receive a full refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We only provide refunds on items that are received defective by the customer.
